Stefan Henze (born May 3, 1981 in Halle) is a German slalom canoer. He won the silver medal in the C-2 event at the 2004 Summer Olympics together with Marcus Becker.
Henze also won six medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with a gold (C-2: 2003), four silvers (C-2: 2006, C-2 team: 2003, 2006, 2009), and a bronze (C-2: 2005).
